Casey has 19 years of experience in customer service and management. After moving from pharmacy to software training at DSN, she now helps clients make the most of DSN's features as the Client Success Manager.
Lauren Loughney DSN Trainer
Lauren is a former clinical hygienist and instructor. She transitioned to software training post-pandemic and has spent 4½ years guiding clients while gaining expertise in account management, sales enablement, and customer success.
