Terms of the Agreement and Policies
Photo/Video Release Policy:
By registering for the user conference, registrants agree to allow the use of photos and videos including themselves to be used by DSN for marketing purposes including but not limited to social media, websites, and emails.
Email Communication Policy:
Registrants agree to receive email communications related to the user conference and event updates. Communications may include, but are not limited to, announcements, schedule of events, hotel information, and more. DSN Software is committed to respecting your privacy. Your email information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected events occur. If a circumstance prevents your attendance after payment has been collected and processed, you may be eligible to receive a partial refund. If cancelled a week or more (7+ days) prior to the start of the user conference, a 50% refund may be granted. Unfortunately, no refunds will be available for cancellations made within a week of the conference. To cancel, please contact [email protected].
